Thank you so much for being here! I hope this section can answer any questions you may have, but if not, do reach out.
Do you offer commissions?
Yes! We have done many of these. Please send us a message on the contact page to discuss, or reach out on instagram. Anything is doable except portraits or animal portraits.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Except for furniture, we do ship internationally using Parcel Force.
My art work never arrived or is damaged, do you process refunds.
For missing artwork, where we have provided a tracking number and evidence of shipment (with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force), we cannot be liable for undelivered packages. Please take this up with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
For artwork that has arrived damaged, please send photos of the artwork and the box it arrived in. Accidents do happen during shipping. We are happy to discuss if it was an error on our side, but more often than not it is due to rough handling by the shipping provider. If the artwork is permanently damaged and cannot be displayed, we will discuss options with you. If it is aesthetic (broken glass on a frame or a small scratch, fold etc, in these cases we would not refund (but do send huge apologies!)
* Please note, for most of the homewares and some frames for original artwork, these items are second hand and will have a few marks,knocks ,chips etc that aren't clearly seen in the photos.
